We recruit from public accounting, corporate FP&A, investment banking, consulting, and PE operating groups. A strong foundation in financial modeling and analytical thinking is essential. PE experience is a plus but not required.
Advanced Excel modeling is the baseline. We also value experience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, Python, and AI fluency — our team leverages AI daily to accelerate delivery. CPA, CFA, and other professional designations are recognized and supported.

Requires Travel (10% – 50% M – Th)
Own FP&A, data analytics, and technical accounting workstreams across PE portfolio companies. Drive financial strategy, deploy AI-augmented models and dashboards, oversee close processes, and lead M&A integration efforts. 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Support financial modeling, data analysis, and audit preparation — leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution. Work closely with managers and directors to deliver high-quality outcomes for PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
