We recruit from PE Deal and Ops teams, corporate FP&A teams, and consulting. A strong foundation in financial modeling and analytical thinking is essential. PE experience is a plus but not required.
Advanced Excel modeling is the baseline. We also value experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or custom tools), SQL, Python, and AI fluency - our team leverages AI daily to accelerate delivery. CPA, CFA, and other professional designations are recognized and supported.

Own FP&A, data analytics, and technical accounting workstreams across PE portfolio companies. Drive financial strategy, deploy AI-augmented models and dashboards, oversee close processes, and lead M&A integration efforts. 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Support financial modeling, data analysis, and audit preparation — leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution. Work closely with managers and directors to deliver high-quality outcomes for PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership. 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Lead data engineering engagements across PE portfolio companies. Architect data warehouses in Azure, Snowflake, and Fabric, oversee BI platform deployments in Power BI and Tableau, and serve as interim Head of Data and Analytics. Manage teams and present data strategy to sponsors. 8-10+ years of relevant experience.

Own data engineering workstreams across PE portfolio companies. Build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, deploy data warehouses and pipelines, support ERP migrations and chart of accounts harmonization, and execute advanced analytics in Python and SQL. Drive AI-augmented delivery. 4-7 years of relevant experience.

Lead technical accounting engagements across PE portfolio companies. Serve as interim VP of Accounting or Controller, lead ASC 606 / 842 implementations, multi-entity consolidations, opening balance sheet accounting, and audit readiness. Present to sponsors and audit committees. 8-10+ years of relevant experience.

Run Waylin’s go-to-market engine end-to-end. Own the CRM as the single source of truth for sponsors and pipeline, manage pursuit and staffing across active pitches, build and maintain consultant bios and case studies, and track win/loss to compress time-to-signed-SOW. 2-6 years in sales ops, revenue ops, deal desk, or pursuit management.

Support hiring across the firm. Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer, coordinate interviews and senior-level searches, run proactive sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintain ATS workflows and reporting. 2-5 years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR ops.
